I’m not trying to be obtuse, and it certainly seems that he did lie, but has someone explained why the hands of one of the swimmers are in the air through half of the surveillance video? That seems really weird to me.

This article pisses me off. Lochte did not just leave nilly willy. He had a planned airplane ticket and left thinking the story was over. I hope the four are vindicated over this complete BS story. Brazil is in the wrong and is a crap country.
