There will be the usual batch of pardons on his way out. And some of them will be in federal prisons. But to claim as you have that he is going to pardon everyone is just ridiculous hyperbole.
Not everyone. Just blacks, muslims, communists, gays, sworn democrats, etc. You think he'd pardon a violator of NFA of 34 or GCA of 68? Never. Christians released that wouldn't bake a cake or sign a gay marriage certificate? White power federal inmate? Never. Black commie? Sure....free as a bird 19 JAN 17. We'll see.
