Right, but ultimately, He is in control of what gets unleashed and why, and He has already told us exactly what will be unleashed. Anything unleashed by these satanists, either at CERN or in Oklahoma and around the world is already intended as punishment, and again, has been foretold. Therefore, nothing that gets unleashed is "unintended".
I agree with you, and I think we simply both solidifying our belief in both sides of the equation.
I believe that what Satan intended for Evil, God can use for Good. I also believe that the demonic realm, and Satan, are subject to Christ's authority. The Bible says that the demons believe in God, and shudder with fear.
I also believe that the wrath of God unleashed, as during the Tribulation, will involve the demonic as one of the curses upon the earth in judgment.
I also believe that there are things that God never intended, but happen (for now) because of our sinful world.
God shields us from Evil. That is why he warns against getting involved with the Occult.
But people do it anyway. This ritual, whether intended as a joke or not (and I don't believe CERN, this was an actual Satanic ritual) will unleash evil and open up gates or portals for evil to enter.
That is why you read about people who dabble in tarot cards, the Ouija board, or seances becoming demon oppressed, and sometimes, possessed.
