I don’t mind entertaining so much if I have advance notice. I was told they’d be in town just a couple of hours before they arrived. Hubby knew they were coming but he just didn’t bother to tell me.
I have commitments every week day except Tuesdays and there were some things I’d planned to do today since I had the time to do them. Or so I thought. They didn’t get done.
They’ll have to do without my presence tomorrow and Thurs. since I have things that must be done. They’re nice people but they’ll just have to understand.
Had a big bowl of ice cream earlier. Vanilla with lotsa Hershey’s. :-)
Uh-oh, been there, done that....paid the price.
Ice cream cures all things, especially with Hersheys :-)
