Lol. This is a great idea. I can imagine the fines showing up in people’s mail boxes already. It would work best if they could just auto draft the bank accounts for infractions.
How will they fine people who don’t reside in Londonistan? What if you work in London and write your ‘objectionable’ comments from your home outside the city boundaries?
