Mark, we learned from Jonathan Gruber that lying about ObamaCare was an intentional strategy to get it passed. That was in 2010 when Clinton was still Secretary of State, the top Cabinet position and #4 in the line of succession.
So Hillary was smack in the middle of planning for the lie as government policy. It is also government policy to lie about the economy, unemployment, foreign policy, and immigration.
