Yes, to exactly the same degree that a child has all the authority when an adult explains something to them in terms the child can understand.

I also note that when you copies and pasted what I said, you managed to leave out the a key portion: audience's language would allow.

Thia is an interesting omission that totally changes my meaning, and supports what appears to be your agenda.

Or perhaps it was only sloppiness on your part?
