SECRET. REPORT OF THE COURT OF INQUIRY CONVENED BY ORDER OF H.E. THE HIGH COMMISSIONER AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF, DATED THE 12TH DAY OF APRIL, 1920. INTRODUCTORY NOTE. The Mission entrusted to the Court was originally as follows:- "To record the evidence as to the circumstances which gave rise to the disturbances which took place at and near Jerusalem on the occasion of the Nebi Musa Pilgrimage on 4th April and following days." This mission was subsequently enlarged by the addition of the words (received by cable dated 22nd April 1920 from General Headquarters) "and as to the extent and causes of racial feelings that at present exist in Palestine".

Note the date of publication, mere days after the pogrom, and they have 65 pages of horse crap all set to go, witnesses and all. But the most infuriating thing about this relic of the Mandate is that THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE US THE NAMES OF THE FATALITIES, either Jewish or Arab. The enlarged "mission" is used to fudge the specific mission to look into the facts. I only skimmed the friggin' thing, looking for those names, but that was enough to show me that they're still repeating those same old lies today.
