If you believe the government statistics Obama created close to 10 million jobs in the last four years alone. So is she saying she’ll create them at less than half the rate that Obama did?
WHERE?
I noticed that the NYT "helpfully" explained that yes, we have the lowest workforce participation rate in history, 96 million people not working, but that's because of "retirees" and millennials (born 1980-1995) not quite getting their "feet wet" yet in the workforce.
Really?
Have we always counted retirees as the unemployed/underemployed?
And honestly, someone born in the 1980s hasn't found a career path yet?
I'd think by the time you're in your 30s, you'd have SOME kind of real job.
This is how the NYT is ever so Johnny on the spot to tell us how wonderful a 4.9% unemployment rate is.
Even though by definition, someone working two minimum wage jobs counts twice, and people who have given up looking for work don't count at all.
This is how they bashed Trump for "lying" about the economy.
Trump said that black teen unemployment is around 40-50%
Again, the NYT to the rescue: "The bigoted Donald Trump AGAIN made a pants on fire allegation. The REAL black teen unemployment rate is actually 36%. So, the white supremacist Trump's claims don't hold up, etc."
