Manafort knows how to deal with these MSM critters...he keeps pounding them..if you watch the whole interview, he finally gets Tapper to admit he played Trump’s 2nd Amendment quote 3 times the amount of time than he did Hillary’s issues. And Tapper still doesn’t he did it!

Tapper lied about what Mr. Vickers said, too. Vickers said the
reason he reacted as he did, to the remark, was that he knew the press was going to misrepresent it. He anticipated that the press was going to manufacture an issue of it.
Tapper insinuated that Mr. Vickers either took Trump's remark as on that incited violence, or could reasonably be taken as such. Mr. Vickers thinks it is unreasonable to interpret Trump's remark the way the press sells it.
