Don’t forget that as a lame duck, regardless of who wins, Obama will be handing out plenty of pardons. If he doesn’t pardon her and she is elected, once inaugurated, impeachment is the only avenue, she cannot be indicted in a normal criminal process. If she were elected, and indicted but not pardoned by Obama, she can take the oath while under indictment, and even pardon herself. Even if she loses and is not indicted, Obama can preemptively pardon her, as Ford did Nixon. So, she has a number of ways to skate.

I have said before that nothing will be done to her BECAUSE of that.

If cankles is even under indictment, she can be pardoned and the charge will never again be able to be used.

As hard as it is, even a speedy trial, conviction and imprisonment will end Jan. 21. .... even if it's a death penalty.

Now "they" are saying she is too old and ill to be indicted, ... but it's okay for her to serve as president? Wait a minute, what country are we talking about?

Wrong. Any grand jury that has jurisdiction can indict her. Congress is only only immune to most misdemeanors. Haven’t seen that the President is immune to anything, constitutionally speaking.

Bill Clinton had to testify in a civil trial while President (Paula Jones case), and his perjury lead to his impeachment, financial award to Jones, and both Bill and Hillary Clinton no longer have licenses to practice law. Neither does Mike Obama.
