Her college pix in the 60s show blue eyes. But I knew people in the 60s with colored contacts. This has been delved into before. Enjoy

I have seen a lot of photos recently from her days traveling as Secretary of State, wearing her eyeglasses walking around. She looked rough, minimal grooming. If she couldn’t be bothered to do her hair, I doubt she would be disciplined enough to wear blue contacts daily to change brown eyes for 40 years.
I wouldn’t doubt that her contacts are color enhanced, but not the full coverage type.
