What happened to Bernie? I would suggest that the $600,000 vacation home he bought may contain a clue. I seem to recall he paid cash.

I do not feel compelled to defend Bernie, only the truth. His wife said her family had a property (cabin of some sort) in the family since c. 1900. The sale of that property allowed the purchase of the vacation home. That said, Bernie is still a hypocrite, and he and his wife live on the backs of the taxpayers.
