Actually met some Portuguese sailors while visiting a Christian outreach mission in Alabama. Drove those guys back down to the docks so they could board their ship.
Couldn’t understand a thing they said but when I changed radio stations I understood they were quite displeased.
BION, actually got to preach the Gospel to them and others through a Portuguese translator. That was a first and only time for me. I had forgotten about that until you mentioned ‘Portuguese’ so thanks!
