Hillary Clinton received a classified intelligence report stating that the Obama administration was actively supporting Al Qaeda in Iraq, the terrorist group that became the Islamic State.
The memo made clear that Al Qaeda in Iraq was speaking through Muhammad Al Adnani, who is now the senior spokesman for the Islamic State, also known as ISIS. Western and Gulf states were supporting the terrorist group to try to overthrow Syrian dictator Bashar al Assad, who was being propped up by the Russians, Iranians, and Chinese.

The Memo sent to Hillary and others identified Al Qaeda, later to morph into ISIS, along with the Muslim Brotherhood and The Salafists as the group aligned against the Assad Syrian Regime. It then declared (what we all know) that the U.S. Government and others supported this Sunni opposition to Assad.
Hardly shocking, actually. This clearly infers support for al Qaeda and ultimately ISIS by the Obama Administration. And it supports Trump's "outrageous" claim that Obama and Hillary created ISIS by supporting this opposition to Assad.
Not Rocket Science by any means.
Here is the text from the Memo that states this quite clearly. AQI is al Qaeda Iraq I believe.

I think if you dig into this....it leads to the Saudis and their lobbying effort to convince the DC leadership to do stupid things....strictly for campaign money. Nothing more than that.
