They already had a black tag team member come out as gay about a year ago with no ill affect that I can see (cant remember his name though). wwE where the E is entertainment. Oh also Golddust’s character has been playing around the edges for a while now.

Darrin Young came out and was buried immediately. He has come back the past few months with this new schtick with Bob Backlund “Make Darrin Young Great Again” which has fizzled out and he is pretty much a jobber now.
