The DNC is under no obligation to name Kaine as the nominee should Hillary drop out. I doubt they would pick Kaine.
Agreed...probably Crazy Uncle Joe, with Lieawatha as the Veep. They’ve been drooling about this for a while - they know that Hillary is a crappy candidate, and the most likely to lose.
