Tampa is not a nice place to be...I have lived in Florida and I am of the opinion it is a huge police state....between ticketing and jailing while taking reject cops in a large number I find the lower part from Pasco to Dade a gauntlet and because of the weather men and women are able to exist outside and wreak havoc at opportune times for themselves. Florida courts and Jails take HUGE amounts of federal monies.
