These pundits/so-called journalists are idiots. Trump doesn’t have to know how to do it. A leader sets a goal, inspires people to go along with it, and gets top people in the field to come up with a plan and follow through with implementation. When Kennedy said we were going to go to the moon, no one expected him to say how we were going to do it.
