The story I heard was that they lost power to their main data center.
IOW, both commercial power and their backup source went bad.
Maybe, maybe not.
Thats pretty sad if true,especially the E Gen going down or not coming up.
I ran a data center for a credit union and the E gen tested its self every Wednesday at 5AM
