Except government sponsored childcare is not being proposed.

This tax plan is actually nothing more than an expansion of the one on the books that limits tax exceptions to $5,000.

Whether we like it or not, young parents are really struggling.

I hear you, and yes, they are struggling. That answer is immediate, but I think we need to look long term and do away with the IRS and the income tax.

If we were “allowed” to keep what we earn, we wouldn’t need complicated IRS money confiscation schemes. We had not income tax from our inception until the creation of the IRS and the progressive income tax many many years later.

Tariff revenues sufficed to fund a limited Constitutional Federal gov’t. That’s the way it is supposed to be. Maybe DJT will move in that direction, if he has the opportunity down the line.
