I could live with that...
Assuming that ruling works in both directions.
“Fair game”? Do you know what private property is? This idiot criminal should be fined the cost of replacing the signs, plus court costs, plus 30 days in jail.
On public 4 lane highways the shoulder grass stuck lawn sides are garbage by the roadside. Litter. My job to flatten the ones I don’t like.
And no you don’t do it on someone’s lawn....
Right there in the "all purpose 14th amendment."
My Jewish MIL would do the same thing in Boca Raton to Republicans......UNTIL I told her it was ILLEGAL and she could get arrested!!!!
Haha my parents live in Boca
Are they the Baptists or the Leftists??? We used to live there also.....Very few Catholics.
(When I was 10 yrs old, a bunch of teenagers would drive up into the yard at night and run over our snowman. This abruptly stopped one night after we built the snowman around a fire plug in the corner. ...and I do mean abruptly!)
A rock big enough to high-center their car would do it too. A tall pickup would still need the fireplug treatment. :D
Catholic
Yeah pretty much. Lots of Hispanics in Lawrence and Haverhill but those people don’t mix with Andoverites. Well more like vice-versa. All the big prep schools are around there. Hoity-toity preppy Hell.
I think the social disfunction stems back from the Puritan days, honest to God. The part of Salem where they did all the witch trials is now Danvers which borders Andover and I think North Reading too. Wicked close anyway. I had to read all that stuff in high school and the conditions and attitudes haven’t changed much, just swap the old Calvanism for Progressivism. Today’s “virtue signaling” is just an adaptation of the old “let’s be sure people can tell we’re the Elect” from back in the old old days. Everybody’s suspicious, sizing everyone up.
So I can see a Trump sign triggering hysteria pretty easily, lol.
That’s fascinating. The things you dont know about a place, I mean REALLY know, unless you live there, are incredible.
Yeah, I had a real warm fuzzy childhood, let me tell ya... ;)
We NYers know that’s a TOUGH area. Been so for a long time, but I didn’t know THAT long!
