I do not respect my colleagues who try to diagnose public figures without a history or exam, and without examining the relevant data, and I’m not about to do that.
But what’s interesting in light of what is obvious is WHY the Democratic Party, and by this I mean Biden, Kaine, Schumer, Pelosi, Feinstein, Jerry Brown, and others (I specifically do NOT include #BLM or any other affirmative action placeholders) are facilitating this.
What’s obvious to any observer with eyes open must be well-known to all of them. Allowing her to RUN is a big risk. Allowing her to WIN and attempt to govern in her obviously compromised state is a bigger risk.
And I don’t think the plan is a circumvention of the XXII Amendment to give Bill a third term. He does not appear capable of executing the office at this point in his life.
So, what’s the game? WHO cared the path for her, why, and what are they up to?

Also, many corporate Leaders are on board and pushing forward accordingly. Then you have bankers and the big money folks, especially “hot” Communication Giants like Google and such. Gates and others.
They all operate politically on a field of play we are not privy to...we only see what dribbles out, if that, and when it does you have the conspiracy folks muddying the waters, as well as ‘they’ purposely create them to do so.
However they are very connected and know who is who....and actually have their own power plays going on...currently much to do about who is going to sit at the global table making the decisions. That will have to do with what a country leader can bring to that table in resources and human capital etc. This is why the world's populations are in "movement" as much vast sums of revenue passing from one country to another for any and all crisis situations and otherwise....they use these for the flow of revenues.
