Yep.....I’ve read several comments of former SS agents writing about this...here’s one I copied as it was pretty interesting about thier job...
“Secret Service agents are close to being paragons of fitness - in particular those who are on the Presidential Detail....it is a point of professional pride for agents who are so much in the public eye to remain in peak physical condition......
... Not only that, it’s possible to be disciplined for appearance issues , to include being terminated...... In addition, Secret Service agents don’t coach principles in their jobs, and don’t give them cues in their behavior...... If the principle is in distress they are trained to first SHIELD the principle with their own bodies if they have to then REMOVE the principle immediately from the premises.”
(This is exactly what they did with the threat against Trump)
Hmmm....shielding....and no patting the principle on the back, eh?
