Money is not the only motivator, or even the biggest. People like Mitchell, and Hillary, and IMHO the majority of those who are the faces of the media want stature. They live for stature. We are at a point in history at which either we go on to divide society even further into the self-defined ‘elites’ vs the rest of us, or we dramatically reduce the stature of the ‘elites’ and return to a more balanced nation.
