Not gay, but very “tolerant”. He once told me that he’d rather live under Sharia law than under a Baptist theocracy because “those idiots don’t believe in science.” And in his mind, any attempt to pass a moral law is the start of the dreaded Baptist theocracy.
But he did hook me up with Progressive magazine, which is a direct link to the dark, inner workings of the hearts and minds of the Progressive Movement. Hint: the dreaded Baptist theocracy is an actual fear for these people and they believe that American Commumism would never, ever turn out like every other communist nation in history.
