It was lost when the SCOTUS determined itself to be the ‘final arbiters’ of what is/not Constitutional...when the Legislative illegally doled out its powers to un-elected agencies/dept/etc...when the Presidency turned the Constitution on its head, confiscated the wealth (gold) of a nation and turned our Republic into a Socialist leaning ‘Democracy’ w/out any side firing a shot.
