as well it should!...BUT...in Kerrys case ( http://www.militarycorruption.com/kerry4.htm ) and from my own personal experiences of 2 yrs in Viet Nam there are many examples of somewhat false or misleading awards....( I flew with a ticket punching Col. that received a purple heart from my hot brass giving him a bloody lip and it still pi$$es me off to this day)...I think the questioning could be easily resolved by his troops that were there at the time....

Concur. I too have seen instances where an individual received an award that should never have happened, but since I was not in their chain of command, my reservations went unheeded.

In Kerry’s case, only his fellow sailors could (and did) disparage his actions. Rightly so and they are to be commended on their forthrightness. They prevented him from seizing the reins of power.
