Part of the State Department’s missing $6B?
Good point , I was wondering that myself. At the end of the article it is said that Congress has several times asked about the financing of this deal, but the only response from the WH has been that it was not paid in US. (And they were satisfied with that response? Unbelievable - except that it isn’t.)
