So where does this money come from? Seriously. Somebody has to have this “in a bank”, somebody had to put it there, and somebody has to release it. Doesn’t transferring money like this take House approval? I do not think the President has this unilateral power.

Apparently no one will stand up to Obama. He had never had any opposition from anyone in power in DC.

And they use all that money to pay off Iran, but cannot find one more cent for the VA.

Priorities.

It probably does and should if it doesn't. However, if the opposition Party is the Republican party, whose Congressional members and all they do is sit and stand around masturbating and criticizing Trump while the occupier is systemically destroying the Nation. He can do as he pleases with impunity. Hillary did and still does.

I do not think the President has this unilateral power.

A President probably doesn't. But we have not had a President in at least seven years. The muslim who currently occupies the White House, can do as he damn well pleases with the blessing and assistance of the Republican Party. Whom are, incidentally, too busy criticizing Donald Trump to honor the Oaths that they swore on the Holy Bible, with the closing words, " So help me God."

I hope that answers your questions.
