Jump wings, yes. Doesn’t mean “combat award”.
I was looking for Silver Star or above; or Bronze Star, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation (which he has 4), Navy/Marine Corps Achievement, etc. WITH “V”, or the Combat Action Ribbon.
