But I remember reading about things like the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. It’s hard to think the last word is in on this.

Forget about omega 6 oils...they are all bad for you. Corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, etc should be avoided like the plague that they are.

Use coconut oil. It is the only oil we should use for cooking. Olive oil is ok for salads, of for dipping bread, but do not cook with it...heat does bad things to olive oil.

Long chain fatty acids are problematic, right? Kinda like asbestos...

And if I’m not mistaken, olive oil holds up under heat.

It’s hard to keep up—I remember when coconut oil was considered “bad” because IIRC it had a high level of saturated fat.
