I’ve had GOP friends who got the job but when they really walked into the office and saw those Odumbo pics on almost every desk, they didn’t return the next day. You know the saying ‘I cant pick my job but at least let me pick my co-workers”.

It is time for a black black guy with a carry permit walks in wearing a T-Shirt saying “I love my AR-15” (front and back. A Trump style red hat with the same message can finish the ensemble. Another black guy with a phone streaming the video should be obviously recording the whole event.

Then, he should go to the counter, and ask if he is welcome to order there and sit at the same tables where the other people get to eat. The second guy should simply say, “I’m with him. We’re brothers.”

They can do one of three things, capitulate and cook the meal and serve it to him, in which case you post the video, and point out the restaurateur was blowing a lot of hot air.

Secondly, they can refuse the order, and the same video gets posted with appropriate commentary about his grand-daddy getting better service in places like this during Jim Crow.

Finally, they may stall, go to management and if the management engages, have fun. Many ways to take this. When the conclusion is reached, go to one or two as appropriate.

Pouting and childish meaningless gestures are ‘outside the box’...of rational thinking.

Hoplophobe. I self-identify as an AR-15. The muslim that killed and shot all those people used a Sig Saur that jihadi obtained legally since he passed the fbi background check.
Liberals are compete imbeciles.

We don’t have a gun problem, we have a muslim problem. I have no problem eating in a restaurant with AR-15 owners, even if their AR-15 is slung over the back of their chair. I would have a problem eating in the same place as a muslim. AR-15 owners are there to eat, not shoot or blow the place up. I can’t say the same about muslims.

Agreed. A few episodes like that, and wallets will start hurting.

We gun folks are .... “Stronger Together”.... haha!

Exactly.

Order your food, ensure it is precisely as you want it, and only then remove your outer garment to reveal your AR-15 shirt before dining.

Commence eating. If they throw a hissy-fit and begin shouting, simply depart without paying.
If they hold their tongue, then pay with a credit card so they get whacked with the 4% service charge.
Tip the server very generously and advise them pro-gun people appreciate dedication and hard work.

I like it!
My sole suggestion would be to have possession of the food before illustrating your position on AR-15 rifles.

Guess that rules out the PD depts as they have those scary ARs.

Places like this probably sneak extra ‘ingredients’ in your food. Best to avoid.

“Book the restaurant for a wedding reception.
Bride and Groom figures on the cake are both holding AR’s.”

She said in the article that denying service to gun owners wasn’t the same because we aren’t a “protected class”.

Actually, gun owners, according to the Constitution, are a protected class.

Women on the whole are beginning to diminish the opinions of women when it comes to matters of importance.

I am vacationing near there next year and these are the restaurants I will avoid:

...Ms. Verrill’s restaurants: Grace, a renovated 1856 Gothic Revival church in Portland, and the Foreside Tavern, in nearby Falmouth.

She's right, of course. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

If Orwell wasn't a prophet, he was definitely a seer.

This is an old story. I live near Portland Maine, and recall looking up if this Verrill is any relation to the Verrill of Verrill/Dana, a big local law firm (she is no relation). She’s since “recanted” sort of, and as far as I know, the issue is just running its course.

Interesting idea. In the world of dining, this lady is behaving very UNPROFESSIONALLY.

A gun owner is ‘self-protected’ (if carrying).
