It looks like a nice enough neighborhood.

I am familiar with the area. At Adams and Flagler the road has been closed for many months due to a major sewer tunneling project. At that end of the street it is blocked off. there is an alley that allows access. The project is wrapping up and the construction site removed the lights they had up so that end of the street was quit dark. The houses are old row houses often shared by young professionals. One house I know of has people who work at the EPA and Washington Post. So it is understandable that a young staffer for the DNC would live in the neighborhood. The rents can be several thousand dollars a month and is divided between the roommates. Some of the houses have been renovated some have not. The neighborhood is changing with the young professionals replacing the lower income people who have lived there for generations. The houses are going $500K or more. Crime has been prevalent in the area so it is likely that he was the victim of a mugging gone bad. That said nothing would surprise me where the Democrats are concerned

After dark “looks” don’t matter so much.
