In texas there was a similar ruling and there will probably be such rulings in every state with voter ID laws.
Here polling places ask for an ID to match the voter with his name on a list. Where these judges have ruled that iis now not permitted so anyone can vote by filling out a provisional voter form. He can then vote as many times as he likes wherever he likes citizen or no. One can give any name one likes or vote a single name multiple times at multiple polls. After the election it will be “discovered” that here were more voters at the polls than live in the precinct or even the state. It will be “discovered” that the same people voted many times and that illegals voted prolifically but “nothing can be done.” The announced result will stand.
