This has only passed muster in places where the state can furnish free suitable ID. That would obviously rule it out.
This wasn’t about any technicalities of the law but about a pan thrown at the legislature as a whole, as being inexorably racially unfair. Which is something the USSC ought to be able to set right, but it is so far gone it can’t.
That is the Federal Judge giving the state to the Democrats, like Texas.

You are right on!! Can you imagine the shame of having to show a PICTURE ID to pay for $21.50 worth of groceries with a check? I was humiliated when told to apply (beg?) for an approved store ID card. Wherever I go, I am required to show my ID to prove I am who I really truly am.
But cast a VOTE? It seems that ONLY when it helps the sacred cause of VOTER FRAUD, do the Democrats stand to protect the poor citizen from daily humiliation.
When Trump wins, every ambulance chasing lawyer, "advocate group" and kangaroo judge will be contesting the results.

The information presented in the referenced article is a little confusing imo, also probably incomplete. So for now, since I’m not a court of law, I will presume possible corruption on both sides of the feds.
Patriots need to note that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly prohibit themselves from prohibiting people who cannot show valid photo ID from voting. So the courts have no business striking down the NC law in that context imo.
The left-ACLU gang has overturned WI,TX & now NC...in the matter of a couple weeks.
If the case is appealed to the SC with Scalia gone it ties and the lower court ruling stands.
How convenient for dems that Scalia is gone.
And if this state has massive voter fraud that case will end up at the SC with the same ruling.
I work in a VA Hospital. I must have my ID badge with my picture on it. If I do not have it, I will be sent home to get it. I need an ID badge with my picture on it to get on an airplane, I need an ID badge with my picture on it to cash a check, the Democrat delegates needed an ID badge with their picture on it to get into the Democrat convention, when I use my credit card for a large purchase I am asked for an ID with my picture on it.
Voting without the corruption of illegal voting is the difference between a free election and a stolen election. Why must I not produce an ID with my picture on it to participate in the function that keeps us a Free Republic and not a Banana Republic?
The answer is simple, the Democrat Party relies on illegal voting to win election in states that are close. Corruption of the voting process is essential to the Democrat Party.

I forgot to add that in the great state of Texas if you do not drive and have no driver license, The great state of Texas will issue a photo ID for free if you can prove whom you are.

We all need to register as many times as possible to vote, then vote as many times as possible. Why not? Democrats do it by the millions.

So far, in the "box" escalation process, we're only at Step 2--the Ballot box.
Texas law wss not struck down. The Wi law was not struck down either. Voters will be afforded opportunity to sign an affidavit concerning their elegibility to vote. If tbey lie they can be prosecuted. This in and of itself will prevent some illegal voting until the Legislature can craft new legislation.
I expect NC will roll out a new voter id law within the week.

In texas there was a similar ruling and there will probably be such rulings in every state with voter ID laws.
Here polling places ask for an ID to match the voter with his name on a list. Where these judges have ruled that iis now not permitted so anyone can vote by filling out a provisional voter form. He can then vote as many times as he likes wherever he likes citizen or no. One can give any name one likes or vote a single name multiple times at multiple polls. After the election it will be “discovered” that here were more voters at the polls than live in the precinct or even the state. It will be “discovered” that the same people voted many times and that illegals voted prolifically but “nothing can be done.” The announced result will stand.
