The Second Amendment won’t be outright appealed... They will try to slowly tighten the noose until the majority of people can’t own anything more lethal than bb guns.

The classic “boiling a frog in a pot” strategy.

Correct, it will be like the typical European country where...on paper at least, a law abiding adult can own a gun, the process is just so onerous with approval based on the whim of the local magistrate and provisions like the gun has to be stored in a safe at a gun range and can not be taken from the gun range, kept in the home, or used for self defense. That (legally) owning a gun is so pointless the vast majority of citizens don't even bother.

“..slowly tighten the noose until the majority of people can’t own anything more lethal than BB guns.”

Details, I want details! How many cops/Feds, how many HUMMV’s, how many search warrants, how many states cede sovereignty to Washington diktats, and how will the powers that be deal with massive national noncompliance?

Govags are no longer invisible minions of the state. Mr. Google knows where they live & they don’t like kissing their families goodbye every time they report for duty.

We are not helpless serfs!
