They floated this in some states RIGHT HERE some 36 yrs ago.
Called a "Home Visitor", a gov't worker would be assigned to ALL homes where there was a child aged "0-16" (Pregnant to 18)(there ARE Home Health Visitors assigned to some homes - but this program was going to mandate that ALL homes with children would be assigned 'visitors'
this all-knowing gem of a person would evaluate the interaction between parent and child; could look in the frig to check for proper food, could report on how clean - or not - your house was, etc.
And the job qualification for this person?
"At least a high school education"
We fought them to the mat here, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Hitlery push for it - should we let her in.
