Don’t forget that the Russians warned the US about the Tsarnaevs before the Boston Marathon bombing.

“Don’t forget that the Russians warned the US about the Tsarnaevs before the Boston Marathon bombing.”

One very legitimate complaint the Russians have is that the United States regularly ignores their requests for extradition of terrorists. When I say ignore, according to the Russians the United States does not even knowledge that they received the request. The very least we could do is allow an American judge to hear the evidence and make a decision. While some of these requests might be political, it is likely that some of them are for real terrorists.

We are in a world now where the idea that one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter is a very dangerous view. Terrorism is terrorism and we either hang together or we shall certainly hang separately. So, people who are freedom fighters had better learn that there is a code of ethics they’ll have to develop and follow.
