Notice how dishonest the MSM/Democrats are on this item as always. Trump was not encouraging the Russians to future hack. He was stating the obvious, that if the e-mails are out there in the Ether-land, it would be nice if the Russians would find them and disclose their contents to the American people. Since our government is stupid and corrupt, we will never see them unless a third party provides them to us. This is how bad our government has become.
