Yes, the conclusion will be that there was “no intent”.
An IRS investigation of the Clinton Foundation.
We all know what that means.
From now until the end of the “investigation” any questions to the IRS regarding the Clinton Foundation will be with the following canned answer , “ I’m sorry, but we are unable to comment at this time due the existence of on going investigation” and all FOIA requests will denied for similar reasons.
The IRS spokes person will refer reporters to direct any specific questions directly to the Clinton Foundation
The Clinton Campaign will if course call the investigation a politically motivated witch hunt by the vast right wing conspiracy that hates strong women and wants to prevent Hillary from breaking through the glass ceiling so she can do all sorts of really, really wonderful things, all for the children, of course.
They will also try to somehow deflect the blame blame Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin
For their part, the Clinton campaign spokesman and Hillary herself cannot take questions or comment on any specifics regarding Clinton Foundation corruption due to an ongoing investigation and will refer the reporter to the IRS to ask any question regarding the investigation ( see above).
It’s the same old Clinton scandal cover up shuck and jive we have been treated to for the last 25 years.
