Probation for the attempted assassination of a Presidential candidate? Just what exactly did they think he was going to do, hug Trump? Hell no, it looked to me like he wanted to punch, tackle or push him off that stage, all of which could have been fatal.
Check out Richard Paul Pavlick....tried to blow up JFK with dynamite sticks. He was put in a mental hospital for several years & the government dropped all charges. Our courts have been a mess for a long time.
