Hillary Clinton held true Sunday to her age-old adage on Benghazi. The former secretary of state admitted there were mistakes ensuring the U.S. Consulate in Libya was secure but said the concerns about security never came to her attention. "You know, the ball was dropped in security. And, you know, some of the decisions that were made probably should have been rethought," Clinton said Friday in a taped interview with CBS "60 Minutes" host Scott Pelley, broadcast Sunday. But beyond taking generic responsibility as the secretary of state, Clinton has maintained Republicans have dramatically talked up the tragic

OK then, Hilliary! dropped the ball on Benghazi so let’s let her have the nuclear football to play with.
Sounds like “RAT thinking.
We need to move on but my local pinko PBS station does a special on Watergate once a year.
The ball was dropped. Mistakes were made.
In your dreams, beyotch.
So, Benghazi was just a game and we lost 4 lives because some “unnamed” player fumbled?
“Sorry mom, a turnover killed your son. But it’s just a game, so don’t worry about it. Better luck next time.”
Typically, Hillary uses the passive tense in explaining what happened. “The ball was dropped,” instead of “I dropped the ball;” and “mistakes were made,” not “I made mistakes.” In Clintonworld, nobody ever actively does anything, so there’s never any culpability.
I still recall Leon Lett dropping the ball in Super Bowl 27....
... and no one died....
And also between just making a mistake and using the time that had been available to avoid the mistake to make sure the talking points were arranged.
So Hillary, what does the fact that the ball was dropped on your watch, say about your qualifications to be President....Hmmmmmmm?
No, a dime was dropped.
I accept the responsibility but not the blame. Let me explain the difference. Those who are to blame lose their jobs. Those who are responsible do not. Richard Nixon: A Fantasy by David Frye (1973)
Move on?
There is a plethora of scandals to move on to.
Updated to "Send the bucks over to the Clinton Foundation."
Just like her husband after Waco, “That wasn’t me, that was Janet Reno’s thing...”

Note the passive voice: “ball was dropped” “decisions were made” “should have been rethought”. She has to phrase things that way or it would be clear SHE dropped the ball, SHE made the decisions and SHE should have “rethought”.
THEY BOTH LIED...THEY BOTH STILL LIE...well to be fair, Hussein Obama remains silent of Benghazi...HE KNOWS HE DID WRONG, HE KNOWS HE IS RESPONSIBLE...
WE WILL NOT MOVE ON...WE WILL REMIND YOU DAILY, GRANNY BENGHAZI...DAILY...
Hmmm? I’m leaning toward Hill knowing some of the Benghazi emails might surface?! That would be FABULOUS.
I’ll say it again. Barry and Hillary ordered the hit on the Embassy. That’s why no security, no help, stand down orders. Something went sideways with the gun running or something else, and they had to get rid of witnesses, evidence and files.
Sean Smith was “just a computer guy” - his mom never understood why he was sent there. He must have known emails were being mishandled. He probably saw some stuff he shouldn’t have.
The 4 guys that ran to help anyway messed it up and the fight followed them back to the compound.
And that’s why Comey didn’t press charges. And why people were shitting themselves over the level of intel.
Look at the pics when the 4 caskets came home. Barry and Cankles looked guilty as hell and worried. Not mad, sad or angry. Guilty and worried.
As Sherlock said, the most obvious answer solves the crime. That makes all the pieces fit.
Then add in Extortion 17 - you think anything about setting those men up for slaughter is on her computer?
Rant over.
No wonder the DNC built an 8 foot high 4 mile long fence around this convention site.
Their own natives are truly restless......
Hillary couldn’t provide proper security for a small spot in the world. How will she take care of all the other—much higher profile—locations of US Ambassadors???
She isn’t qualified to run a Domino’s Pizza....
With apologies to Domino’s
