This does nothing to address the root cause. My guess is that Jordan was pressured by leftist groups to do something and this is the sad, predictable result.
Lack of fathers; blowing up the black family from FDR to LBJ, penalizing family unit if they get married. Generation to generation black girls long for a baby, never get married; grandma can’t raise a boy to be a man...getting positive strokes from another male who is already getting into trouble...then, shooting someone “makes you a man” or getting a girl pregnant, “makes you a man”...then, the clincher, the government worker gets their raise and reward based on how much stuff they give out.
