They are reporting at least one 12 year old! What parent lets kids & teens go to a nightclub?????
These are “youths” so parental involvement is probably slight.
It's not uncommon for "nightclubs" to do this once in awhile during the summer, it's a place for teens to get together to socialize and meet new people, it isn't a "nightclub" atmosphere and it gets them off the streets, secondly this event was a "no ID required" event so naturally kids who look older got in because they "looked" like a teen, just like the "old days" when people would lie about their age to buy beer, etc. This event I'm sure didn't turn out the way the parents thought it would - it's summertime, it gives the kids something to do.
