That picture was taken at a slightly different angle than the other picture I’ve seen of those girls. I’d love to know more about them; who are they, where were they when the picture was taken, why are they so keen on welcoming refugees, etc.
And why did German girls, addressing Middle Eastern refugees, write their sign in English?
I call BS. Exactly because of the language.
This pix keeps circulating, at least implying it’s from Germany.
Either it is actually in England or maybe the Germans assumed the refugees know more of the universal language of English than the almost extinct German.
I think they were addressing the world news media most of all... English as the international language...
