People like this piece of absolute scum are invalidating our rights as citizens.
I know several ‘cleaned-up’ felons who are excited to vote for Trump. Even they are disgusted with the fraud and corruption going on in the country, and are not happy to see our nation falling due to ‘non-american’ policies.
While trying to project an image of restoring rights. All he is doing is trying to get more people on the rolls as Democrats to affect elections.
Need to get Judicial Watch or someone to do this (if they are not in process...)
I would like to see what the exact Virginia law says. Is there a provision that actually gives the governor this right ? I doubt that it is. I know in the past when someone wrote in an requested to be restored that they could restore them. I think they should take it back to court. I believe they can stop him. He’s a lifetime criminal. But he’s a democrat, so that goes without saying.
The only problem is that I doubt seriously the dems think these people will show up to vote. It gives, more cover for the dems to claim they showed up an voted.
Its about more voter fraud. Bubba the murderer is coming out to the polls. The governor, when better people lived ,could restore individually. What he is doing is still against the law, it’s a mass restoration. Just because he signs one at a time doesn’t stop that. I think it’s going back to court.
Should be isn’t coming out to the polls.
Restoration of felon voting rights is done in almost all states.
VA law references a felon applying to the courts for restoration, with the governor having final say. MacAwful may still be playing fast and loose. Have all those felons actually applied to VA courts?

... The order shall state that the petitioners right to be eligible to register to vote may be restored by the date that is 90 days after the date of the order, subject to the approval or denial of restoration of that right by the Governor...
Yes, I hope it is litigated again, but will it be in time? He sure does seem to be violating THE INTENT of the ruling!
"Upon petition, a circuit court may remove from office any elected officer or officer who has been appointed to fill an elective office, residing within the jurisdiction of the court.""The petition for recall must be signed by at least 10% of the number of people who voted in the last election for the office being recalled. The petition must also detail the reasons for removal" - ballotpedia
Here is a petition that would only need about 205K sigs to proceed ... That's what, 2 sigs for every felon? Seems doable but VA is really one seriously f'd up state right now...
Then those should be litigated individually/severally and clog the Court that failed to instruct McZonkliffe not to do it ever again...
You sit on your asses voting for it even though you talk about how mad you are.
If I was a liberal in Obamaland I’d be laughing at you too. :)
Anyone got any idea of how soon this will be litigated and how long any such litigation will take???
Democrats love their criminals...
True. That’s how they operate. With criminality in mind.
