In my original post I was only trying to point out that for anyone to be disliked by everyone and everybody from Kindergarten to the present day is extremely unlikely, and not even knowable.
I am making no claims that Cruz is a good guy who would win a popularity contest today.
Do you know why people dislike Ted Cruz as soon as they meet him? It saves time. :-)
