No he didn’t, go back and watch Reagan’s speech at the convention, it offered no endorsement of Ford at all.

Reagan NEVER endorsed Ford at the 76 Convention. His speech was far better than what Cruz offered, but there was no endorsement of Ford anywhere in it.
