July 18, 2016, 09:37 pm Chris Matthews: GOP 'ruined' evening by having 'that woman' speak on Benghazi
By Joe Concha
Patricia Smith the mother of Sean Smith, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, in 2012 delivered a raw, emotional and unapologetic speech at the Republican National Convention that centered on one person: Hillary Clinton.
"For all of this loss, for all of this grief, for all of the cynicism, the tragedy in Benghazi has wrought upon America, I blame Hillary Clinton," Smith declared from the convention stage in Cleveland on Monday night. "I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son."
Smith went on to call Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, a liar for her explanation of Smiths death.
"In an email to her daughter shortly after the attack, Hillary Clinton blamed it on terrorism," said Smith. "But when I saw Hillary Clinton at Seans coffin ceremony, just days later, she looked me squarely in the eye and told me a video was responsible. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Hillary Clinton to explain to me the real reason why my son is dead. Im still waiting."
MSNBC's Chris Matthews was asked for his reaction of the speech during the network's convention coverage and didn't hold anything back.
"I don't understand why the Republicans would choose to put this on prime-time television when they have such wonderful stories of American heroism to speak to the American people," an emotional Matthews said. "I think it was wrong.
"I don't care what that woman up there, the mother, has felt," he continued. "Her emotions are her own. But for the country in choosing a leader, it's wrong to have someone get up there and tell a lie about Hillary Clinton.

Hillary for Prison!
Great Point!
Bitch is shorter. But sure.
One thing I'll never forget is how when Rush talked to him on the show, Rush boxed him into admitting he was lying in one of the exchanges he had with one of Rush's callers, and Matthews reaction was just like "Oh Well...."
BINGO!....Think the MSM will make that comparison..in the interest of being “fair”....LMAO!
Misspelled Ratshit?
FUCM
It wasn’t a lie, Crissy. Hillary....AND Obunga, are guilty of that death, and a lot more.
Outside the MSM bubble the truth sometimes hurts, Chrissy.....
You may be correct
America on welfare with terminally dumb '60s and '70s "radicals" padding their cushy retirements on the backs of the remaining working people. What a "utopia."
Should be “do TO you!”
BTW (and I know that this is a repeat): FUCM. Also FOAD.
I’d say something about Hitlary, but the fedgov actually prosecutes even remotely negative comments about that bitch.
Death threats against Trump? They couldn’t care less. Negative comments about Hitlary? Ya get stomped.
Actually even this comment may qualify. If so, so be it.
My bad all- didn’t mean to post my previous post. Please ignore.

...and he was one of the first to mock Hilliary's laugh, saying "what do you make of the cackle?"
He also joined the chorus of the BSNBC staff as basically calling the Clinton's racists for hanging on during the '08 primaries.
...obviously this crud has a core filled with bovine excrement, will do and say whatever his master tells him, just to try and stay relevant & get a paycheck.
Well, maybe BJ Clinton was referring to her. If so, he wasn't lying when he uttered that famous line.
Let me guess, Chris Matthews will have NO PROBLEM with the mothers of Trayvon Martin and Eric Garner speaking at the Dem Convention next week? What a slimy hypocrite.
Matthews is simply despicable.
Oh, and Mrs. Smith was wholly truthful abiut what a liar Hillary Clinton is. So Matthews is not only despicable, he is a liar defending a liar.
[Tingles has his panties in a bunch and is classy as always...]
Tingles does not want to hear about true heroes because it outranks his heroic time in the Peace Corps singing Kum bay ya sitting around a campfire.
